Support and troubleshooting

Contact support

Email support@misheno.com with "Broken Link Checker" in the subject. Support is provided directly by Mikhail Eshchenko.

Describe what you expected and what happened. Include:

  • The app version and approximate time of the problem.
  • The action you were trying to complete.
  • Any visible error code.
  • Whether the problem affects a page or a space.

Remove page content, private URLs, and owner details from screenshots. Never send passwords, session cookies, authorization headers, or API tokens.

Response times

Support requests receive a response within two business days. Requests identified as critical by Atlassian receive a response within 24 hours. These are response times, not guaranteed resolution times. No separate uptime SLA is provided.

Unverified means that access restrictions, authentication, throttling, network trouble, server failures, or unsupported content prevented a conclusion. It is not proof of a broken link.

Read the specific reason beside the result. For a timeout or connection failure, recheck the page. For an access restriction, HTTP link, or unsupported redirect, open the link to check it manually. Results marked Not checked under the previous settings need a recheck; hostnames no longer need to be enabled. Compare the link result definitions.

A scan is incomplete or appears stuck

A scan is incomplete if it reaches a page or link limit or cannot read a page's content. Only one space scan runs at a time. Refresh the view to see asynchronous results. If a run appears stuck, use Stop scan, then start a fresh scan when the service is available.

Review the supported links, scan limits, and recovery steps before retrying.

A replacement fails or updates only some pages

If a page changed after the preview, create a fresh preview. Publish or discard any unpublished draft changes before replacing links, then preview again. Check that you can edit every selected page.

Each successful save creates a Confluence version. If some pages were saved before a failure, those changes remain. Follow the replacement steps and examples, and use Confluence version history to restore a page if necessary.

Report a security issue

Email support@misheno.com with "Security report" in the subject. Describe the affected feature and how to reproduce the issue using disposable test content. Do not include real customer content or credentials. Do not access another customer's data or test a third-party destination without authorization. Mikhail Eshchenko will assess the report and coordinate remediation and any required notification through Atlassian's security process.
