Terms of service
These provider-specific terms form part of the Follow-up Steward product agreement. Last updated 13 September 2026.
Standard agreement
The product agreement incorporates the Bonterms Standard End User Agreement, Version 1.0, © 2025 Bonterms, Inc., licensed under CC BY-ND, without changes to the standard text. These terms take effect when the customer enters into the relevant order. Viewing this website does not place an order.
The provider is Mikhail Eshchenko, Marketplace vendor 923094361, operating as Misheno. Notices: support@misheno.com. The customer is the person or organization identified in the order. The standard agreement’s governing law and courts apply without modification.
Product and subscription
Follow-up Steward, listed on Atlassian Marketplace as Follow-up Steward: Reminders for Jira & JSM, is a Forge application for Jira Cloud and Jira Service Management Cloud. It schedules issue reminders for the user, named internal colleagues or the current assignee, with one-time and repeating schedules, personal snooze, recipient opt-out and Jira email notifications.
Subscription price, licensed users, evaluation rights, renewal, cancellation and refunds are governed by the applicable Marketplace order and Atlassian billing rules. An active app license or trial is required for creating, changing, resuming and sending reminders. Authorized reading, cancellation, deletion and opt-out remain available while the license is inactive.
The user guide describes supported behavior and limits. Recipients must be eligible licensed internal users with issue access; portal-only customers are not supported. The customer is responsible for its users, chosen recipients, reminder notes and the necessary rights to process that information.
Notification behavior
The app checks due reminders every five minutes and submits them through Jira. Queue acceptance does not establish delivery, receipt or reading. Permissions, Jira availability and mail processing can affect outcomes. An uncertain result is not automatically resent.
Canceling or deleting a reminder stops new sending work. A notification whose sending has already started may still complete, and accepted email cannot be recalled. The customer must consider that boundary when placing confidential information in a reminder note.
Reminders stop on observed Done status and require explicit resumption after reopening. Personal snooze, missed occurrences and license recovery follow the guide. The product provides issue follow-up reminders and is not an emergency paging or guaranteed-deadline delivery service.

The privacy notice explains stored data, retention and deletion. No separate uptime service-level agreement is provided. These documents do not remove rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
