Standard agreement

The History Steward product agreement incorporates the Bonterms Standard End User Agreement, Version 1.0, © 2025 Bonterms, Inc., licensed under CC BY-ND, without changes to the standard text. These terms take effect when a customer accepts them with the relevant order.

The provider is Mikhail Eshchenko, Marketplace vendor 923094361, operating as Misheno. Notices: support@misheno.com. The customer is the person or organization identified in the order. The standard agreement’s governing law and courts apply without modification.

Product and subscription

History Steward is a Forge application for Jira Cloud that reads and exports field change history. Subscription price, licensed users, evaluation rights, renewal, cancellation and refunds are governed by the applicable Marketplace order and Atlassian billing rules. See the published pricing schedule for monthly rates.

The user guide describes supported functions and limits. Customers must have the necessary Jira permissions and rights to process and share exported data. The app cannot guarantee access to deleted, restricted or unavailable history, reconstruct a past search result, or replace the Jira administration audit log.

Customers remain responsible for reviewing report scope, partial-result notices and the handling of downloaded files. A report is not a guarantee that every historical change has been captured.

The privacy notice explains data handling. There is no separate uptime service-level agreement. These documents do not remove rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
