The customer determines why Jira data is reported and who receives the files. Misheno processes app data to provide the reporting service on the customer’s instructions. The data processing addendum describes the contractual roles.
What the app processes
- Jira and service-project identifiers, customer organization IDs and names, and request keys.
- Request creation dates, current resolution dates and whether a resolution is present, plus status category.
- Selected native SLA metric IDs, names, completed cycle stop times, recorded elapsed times and breach results.
- The report owner’s Atlassian account ID, saved project and organization choices, timezone, schedule, service name and optional uploaded logo.
- Run state, temporary input data, generated PDFs and CSVs, access-check information and operational diagnostics.
The reporting workflow does not read issue summaries, descriptions, comments, attachments, reporter or assignee fields. Customer names, service branding and uploaded logos may themselves contain personal information.
How it is used and shared
The app uses this information to discover authorized choices, generate manual and scheduled reports, check access, deliver files, recover interrupted work and apply retention controls. The backend uses Atlassian Forge compute and storage.
No external destination for report data is configured in the app. It does not send reports to advertising, analytics or AI services. A customer can download and share files through their own channels; those copies are under the customer’s control.
Retention and deletion

Delete controls remain available without an active app license. Deleting report data or setup does not change Jira issues. Uninstalling the app follows Atlassian’s storage retention and recovery lifecycle; it is not a promise of immediate physical erasure from every platform system.
Privacy requests
Contact support@misheno.com to request access, correction or erasure assistance. If the data belongs to your organization’s Jira workspace, contact that organization as well. We may need to verify the requester and coordinate with the customer before acting.
Do not include credentials, full reports or sensitive personal data in an initial request. We will identify the minimum information needed to locate the relevant records.
