These terms take effect when a customer accepts them with the relevant order. Viewing this website or downloading a synthetic sample does not place an order.

The provider is Mikhail Eshchenko, Marketplace vendor 923094361, operating as Misheno. Notices: support@misheno.com. The customer is the person or organization identified in the order. The standard agreement’s governing law and courts apply without modification.

Product and subscription

Report Steward is a Forge application for Jira Service Management Cloud that prepares monthly customer reports as PDF and CSV files, manually or on a schedule. Subscription price, licensed users, evaluation rights, renewal, cancellation and refunds are governed by the applicable Marketplace order and Atlassian billing rules.

The user guide and reporting notes describe supported functions and limits. Customers must have the necessary Jira permissions and rights to process and share exported data. User licensing tiers do not remove the app’s processing limits.

Reports use accessible Jira records and current organization assignments. They do not reconstruct historical organization membership or a past month-end backlog. Missing, changed or restricted Jira data can affect results. Customers remain responsible for reviewing scope, read times, exclusions and coverage notices before sharing files.

Scheduled generation prepares files for review in the app. It does not include automatic customer email delivery or a hosted customer portal.
