- One rule across many issues
- Simple Reminder and Reinwok add JQL or status conditions. A scheduled Jira automation rule can also do this without an app.
- Reminders in chat tools
- Starware sends to Slack, Microsoft Teams and Google Chat. Boomerang also supports Slack.
- Moving from Easy Reminder
- Its vendor has announced that the service stops on 31 December 2026. Recreate active reminders in the new app and check them before the old one stops.
- Planned follow-ups with shared schedules
- Follow-up Steward is built for follow-ups on individual issues: weekly or monthly repeats in a chosen time zone, personal snooze that leaves colleagues’ schedules unchanged, and project controls with ownership transfer. It sends Jira email only.
