Follow-up Steward pricing
One subscription includes every reminder feature. Follow-up Steward is sold through Atlassian Marketplace, with pricing based on your Jira site’s user tier.
Marketplace review in progress. Public installation is not yet available. The rates below are the planned launch prices; the Marketplace order will show the final subscription, evaluation and billing terms.
Every feature in one subscription
There are no feature editions or add-ons. The same subscription includes:
- Reminders for yourself, named colleagues and Current assignee.
- Once, daily, weekly and monthly schedules, each in its own time zone.
- Snooze for me and Stop receiving for each recipient.
- My reminders, project controls and ownership transfer.
- Recipient statuses and email support with published response times.
How your user tier is set
Atlassian sizes an app subscription by the user tier of your Jira site, not by how many people create or receive reminders. If a site has both Jira and Jira Service Management, the app tier matches the highest Jira product tier. For example, a site with 500 Jira users and 20 Jira Service Management agents needs the 500-user app tier, even if only the agents use reminders.

Monthly rates
Free for sites with up to 10 licensed users. On paid sites, every licensed user is billed from the first; each rate applies to the users in its band, and bands accumulate.
| Licensed users | USD / user / month |
|---|---|
| First 100 users on a paid site | $0.25 |
| 101–250 | $0.20 |
| 251–1,000 | $0.12 |
| 1,001–2,500 | $0.06 |
| 2,501–10,000 | $0.03 |
| 10,001–100,000 | $0.02 |
Pricing follows the licensed user count required by Atlassian for your Jira/JSM site, not only the people setting or receiving reminders. Taxes are additional where applicable, and the terms in your Atlassian order apply.
Annual subscriptions use the upper end of the applicable user tier, priced at 10 monthly payments. Subscription, trial and billing terms will be shown in the Marketplace order.
Evaluation, renewal and inactive subscriptions
Evaluation length and conditions are shown on Marketplace. An active subscription or evaluation is needed to create, change, resume and send reminders.
If it ends, people can still open, cancel and delete reminders and stop receiving them. Renewing does not trigger a backlog of past reminders. Reminder settings are cleared after 90 days of confirmed license inactivity, as described in Privacy.
Buying and questions
The Marketplace listing is named Follow-up Steward: Reminders for Jira & JSM. Orders, renewals, cancellation and refunds go through Atlassian Marketplace and your Atlassian order. The terms of service describe the product agreement. For questions before buying, contact support. Other apps by the same developer are listed under Misheno on Marketplace.
